Seoul

South Korea was awesome. I was in Hongdae, a university district that reminded me a lot of WSU in Pullman. Lots of bars, restaurants, shopping, street markets, and tons of beautiful girls. People didn’t stare as I walked down the street and everyone I talked to spoke decent English. The streets were also a bit hilly and side streets everywhere. Which was nice compared to the gridlocked streets I’m used to in Beijing. Hongdae has lots of seafood restaurants, Korean street food vendors and a Taco Bell that kept me sufficiently satisfied. 2 days was certainly not enough time and I will be planning a return trip in the near future
