ABOUT ME
Degen Hill is a passionate traveler, fitness enthusiast, voracious reader, and digital media professional. He has been to 38 countries, has a vast collection of football (soccer) jerseys, and has never finished last in his Fantasy Football league.
Professionally, he excels in digital media, specializing in content creation, writing, and project management, with expertise in agile methodologies.
Degen's literary accomplishments include two novels—Contraception (2018) and A Viral State (2021)—as well as several short stories published in various journals and magazines.
He earned a B.A. in Spanish and Public Relations from Eastern Washington University and an M.A. in Politics & Foreign Policy from Tsinghua University.
When he’s not writing, he’s usually buried in a book or thinking about unconventional solutions to global problems. Aggressively realistic, he pairs an open-minded perspective with sarcasm, curiosity, and a results-driven approach.
In 2021, he embarked on "No Meat Mondays"—discover more about that experience here.
